Good morning Bob. I hate being old an unable to sleep. I had one of those exploding Samsung washers. Lowes did right by me. Glad insurance covered your dishwasher. My contractor covered my problem but hurricane like rain in your closet is no fun.

About 4 hours west of me. I'm just an hour north of Nashville.

Wife and I spent 10 years looking for our dream retirement place, had a map of the US with Red X's all over it... Came here on vacation, stopped by a friends place just up the road and fell in love with the area. So after deciding that this was the area we wanted to be in, went home and started getting the old house ready to sell, while saving every penny we could to put together a down payment. Came back two years later and drove our realtor crazy over two weeks looking at houses and properties... Found this place and just went for it...

That sounds fantastic and very similar to us. Hubby and I decided on TX and he looked at about 200 properties before we decided on this one.
