Here the ducks would count if you sell the eggs. You must produce income from the livestock.
I am selling the duck's eggs! And guess what, there are tax exempts here in WV too:

That will be a long session with HR-Block next year!

Also here you get sales tax exemption on everything you buy for use on the property. For instance some of our property has a timber exemption and we bought a four wheeler to haul away dead trees and maintain the property, no sales tax. Cow food, no sales tax. As long as your using it in production.

Tax exempt, are two words you will never hear uttered in Minnesota.

I actually don't own the cows. I'm just hosting and caring for them. The bull is a Brahma Charolais cross and the cows are mostly Brangus except for the Santa Gertrudis. This is a common arrangement in TX because of tax laws.
Huh interesting. So you host and learn without the expense?

AAH! I was expecting another attack from you! - I have the jar with the duck-poop right beside my laptop, one deep sniff and i am immune against duckling fever… 😜

:loveThey are soo cuuute! - Wait until they start quaxing! 😆
I can’t wait for quax!! They really are adorable, hubs said he wants four and I said no, have to get two more and I don’t want five so this is it!
