Have you made this tincture?
I made comfrey salve and hemp salve but I have never made this and now I want too.

Also my dh was outside today and saw a French Broad[Our electric co op] truck across the river there were several men standing and talking, He didn't see them walk past where they stuff is laying in the road that got washed up from the flood but hopefully they did walk down to take a look. It's the first time we have seen anyone on that road since the flood and there are 4 homes over there. So noone on that side has been out the road doesn't look safe from here.

wow - maybe the electric will be in sooner rather than later
and yes i have made it but not with the alcohol . I made it way where you put it in a blender with some water and then you boil it for half an hour on simmer and then you squeeze it through a cheese cloth and then you simmer the water for several hours on low keep stirring until it’s like a paste.
but it only makes a tiny bit even though i used a big pile of leaves i got like a Tbsp or 2 of the glop. we tried it like 1/2 tsp at a time and yes helped with pain. i actually still have some in my fridge but it’s probably rock hard cuz been there 4 years lol

Really wish I could find some wild lettuce around here, but I haven't yet. I want to make some also to help with my pain and sleep.

We just heard an update from a town councilman I don’t know how they know all of this but he said 1469 homes and outbuildings have been completely destroyed and 7000 structures total damaged or destroyed.what happens to all of these people who have lost everything?
