I really do need to insulate the floor of my patio. The wind is blowing cold air inside through the floor and the tarps are not helpful.

I never had to show my diploma, they took your word for it back then. I was working there though in a school program so they knew I was enrolled in school and I started working full time after graduation. They just assumed because I was in school that I got my diploma which I did. She was messing up a lot and they wanted a good reason to get rid of her is what I think brought up the diploma. That did the trick for them.

So sorry to hear this. It's so hard to lose them when you are the caretaker on top of everything else. You are in my prayers and I am so sorry about your dog. When I lost my Mom back in 2017 a little wild House Finch I had rescued from just born and had for 9 years died 2 days later. I was so sad about that too. I feel for you and pray that you feel better soon.
I know, when i was working back in Germany i was a member of the works council, being protected from layoffs by law. In the trainings they always told us »Members of the works council will always be fired over expense "fraud".«
