He was crying. I think it scared him pretty good, but it was empty. I almost felt bad, but not bad enough to stop me from taking a picture first. He was just sitting there holding it above his head, and I could not resist.

If you can get good pics of faces we can tell you drake or duck at laying age it’s pretty easy to tell.

It's actually looking pretty good. I thought there was also damage to his comb, but now I'm thinking it was just blood from his scalp. Though, he too is underweight, and is being treated for worms. I also think he has a crop issue. This morning it didn't feel empty, but it is kind of difficult to feel his crop. He has a very thick layer of down feathers. To the point it's almost impossible to even find his skin. So I'm going to check it again tonight before bed, and again in the morning. He's eating good, but not drinking very much.

Maybe put some ACV into his drinking water I put 1 tab per 1 gal of water so you'd need to break it down. But that may help neutralize what is in his crop.

I gave him some this morning, but he's barley been drinking. I'm wondering if I should just shoot a couple Ml down his throat. He's not pooped much in the last 24 hours either, and they've all been smellier than normal.
