I fixed the roost using the good'ol KISS method. A single 1x1, through the bars, screwed in to the roof. I also screwed the roof in to the floor. The roof is already pretty heavy, but nothing is getting it off now.

Got an EE photo bomb! Next it a removable poop board.

I agree! I've ran every combination I could possibly make with my stock, then about 100 other just for fun. Though I will admit, finding what I think to be the correct genetic codes had been rather difficult.

If you just want to play around though, you can click on the "show example" and a drop down menu will have a bunch of preset templates.

I thought you might like to see this. This is the squash that me and my brother grew in our garden in the duck's pen this year. Not much to show for, but it's better then nothing. The ducks ate a lot of it. That's ok, though.

I opened the top of the "parrot coop and let the young ones come out and have some supervised play time today. It took a good hour for the first one to come out, but in 15 minutes after that everyone was out on the grass.

General, A'pollo, Nugget and Shea all had something to say at first. I moved a few things around the yard to give them blind spots from each other, and everyone kind of stayed on their own side of the yard. Strangely enough, when facing off with General, the Cuckoo Marans isn't so tough. Lol, he is much faster at running than General is though.

Does anyone off hand know what color pattern the S/G Dorking is? I'd love to entree miss Peaches in to the color calculator. I think of all the coloration between the birds here, her's is my favorite.

Okay I think it's about time to name the EE's. First off, does anyone have experience with EE's and know if this is a pullet or not? This one is and has been ~15-20% larger than the other EE. That's the only real differences though. They both have the same temperament, pale combs, and... Well I don't really know what else to judge on them.
This one does have a bigger comb, but it's a slightly bigger bird.
