Hi Kendra, I'm betting if you look at your security settings and go to the bottom "Start conversations with you" is either unchecked or you've selected "People you follow." If unchecked, no one can start a conversion with you. If set to "People you follow" only those folks you've followed can start a conversation with you.

Doesn't really matter though... If you like your settings the way they are, you can always start the conversation with the other person.

Sorry to be absent from the thread for a while, but I am all caught up now. A while back, someone, possibly @Duck_life, asked if there are ways to prevent bumble foot. One is to ensure nothing sharp or rough is in the run. Another is to ensure that the run is as dry as possible, and as clear of manure as possible. We all know that is a challenge with ducks.

Selective breeding is also important. Breed only from the birds which have remained the healthiest throughout their lives. These ones are resistant to infection. The difference it makes in subsequent generations is really significant.

Hey there, would you mind if I called you out when I find new folks from NZ? I greet most new folks and always like to introduce them to someone from their geographic area. @JaeG has been my NZ person, but she's in the middle of moving and has little internet access...

No problem! Go right ahead. Maybe warn them that in December and January, I will only be looking at a screen when it is too hot to garden.
