Rain here and possibly snow on Monday when the really cold stuff hits. It's really been a roller coaster ride weather wise over here.

Ralphie, I've been over on your giant thread appreciating your turkeys. It may take me a couple of years to finish that thread, but I'm enjoying its many thousands of posts. Personally, I keep ducks. I can think of a few logical reasons not to keep ducks, just as I can think of logical reasons to keep more of them, but you aren't offering any logic. I find that interesting.

I think Ralphie's logic is hidden in his lack of logic. It's a jedi mind trick or something.

How are thing going on your side of the map?

Mrs Blue just perched right above me. First time she's done something like that. I hope she's not about to give me a token of appreciation lol.

Fast forward 90 seconds and she basically tight rope walked across the swing. No tokens deposited.

I picked up a couple of feeders for the lf flock. With the ducks being so food driven, I feel like the young chickens and turkeys are missing out on some food. They he eat the feed till it's gone, then go forage all day anyways.

I'm hoping the slots will be more beak friendly than bill friendly. So far Sully hasn't minded sharing. Though I did leave the feeder unattended, on the ground, with the dux! They ate about 1/3 of it in 3 minutes! Right out of the top.

I'm going to try and build a stand for 2 feeders and a waterer today, blocking the top access.
