Maybe when he goes to take a drink, put a hand of feed in front of him. If he starts eating, slowly move your hand towards the bowl. Slow enough he tries to follow/find the food. That's what I did with the blind Tomaru chick.Yes, he normally does.

@Duck_life when I first got Chance and he had trouble seeing, I had a large dish that I set the water bucket in the center, then food all around. Yes, it made the food a soaking wet mash but he seemed to enjoy it, and it was a one stop shop for him.
