Yes, he normally does.

Maybe when he goes to take a drink, put a hand of feed in front of him. If he starts eating, slowly move your hand towards the bowl. Slow enough he tries to follow/find the food. That's what I did with the blind Tomaru chick.

You could even try with the bowl itself incase there is a scent or something that here can recognize and remember.

You could even tap on the bowl to go with what Patti suggested. Bring it to his face and tap while he eats. Then when it's on ground level tap on it for an auditorial que.

We had 5" of rain some super storms and wind and now light snow. [Which I hate to even mention] since @duluthralphie makes fun of us southies and our snow.

Morning!! I'm still here though a lot of people in my area are dealing with a lot of crazy flooding!

@Duck_life when I first got Chance and he had trouble seeing, I had a large dish that I set the water bucket in the center, then food all around. Yes, it made the food a soaking wet mash but he seemed to enjoy it, and it was a one stop shop for him.
