I have! Beautiful to look at, but a whole new level of crazy! (By crazy I mean energy)

We keep them away from the birds. They would never intentionally hurt them, but our 3 originals are used in the sheep yards and shearing sheds and their stare is intense! The chickens really don't like them. The new pup's abit more mild and will be a paddock dog so hopefully I'll be able to use him the herd the ducks home of a night!

Good to hear from someone with actual experience because I thought Kelpies were crazy :lau

I have quail now. These two were found dumped in a city about three hours from me. The male was found first, then the female. When the male was found, the person called animal control to say they found a 'baby owl', lol.

From being found, they were taken in by someone I know from a thread here on BYC. She wasn't able to keep them, so we met up today and I took them.

The male needs more girls. He's overmated the poor female and she's missing all her feathers on the back of her head. She's laying, so I'll hatch and keep some girls.
