They look like the average runner you find over here. I'm not sure of the blue though, they are normally lighter then that, more grey blue fluff.... I thought 🤔. I might just have to get more to find out. Also, if whites are rare there, I really need to find a way to send ya'll some eggs!

I actually tried to find white runners but could only find ones in Europe. I assumed they were pretty rare as none of the hatcheries had them listed.

White are so common around here, I had a hard time finding eggs that weren't white. Actually you reminded me I have a white female named Betty White... she hangs out with the pekins so I kind of forget I have 3 runners  . For some comfort, it took my crested awhile to stand upright too. I dunno if its the weight of the pompoms or a nurelogical thing but he's always slightly more slumped then his lady friends. I'd say pet/hatchery quality runners for sure! The bibs seem common when you start mixing dark and light colours

So I managed to get ahold of the person that sold me the eggs on ebay. They have a facebook page so I messaged him and showed him the pictures. He said that he must have accidentally sent me white crested eggs instead of fawn and white, so that white runner isn't actually a runner at all. :hit He said the other two are splash runners. Does that sound right?

I can see why he shut his ebay page down....

I was trying to be nice, but yeah... they're selling on their facebook page. Chickens, guineas, geese, ducks... pretty much anything and everything.

Those are not splash runners. Those are blue bibbed and black bibbed ducks. If he has solid color runners, as in self blue and self black, it's impossible that they produced bibbed ducklings. They're mixes.

So... is splash even a thing with ducks? I know what splash looks like in chickens, but wouldn't splash in a duck also be white with blue "splashes," not fawn and blue or black?

'Splash' is a thing in ducks, but it's called Silver. But those are not silvers.
