If you read this it says, “if you don’t have access to pigeon, squab would work”. Or something like that, isn’t Squab and pigeon the same thing?

I thought it was if I don't locate an owner this can be a back up plan... seriously I didn't know pigeons were the size of bantams

Sort of. We have the little variety with the feather that sticks out of their head around here. The traditional looking ones stick to the big smoke

Yes, means the same here, and I thought it did everywhere! With or without the skyscrapers here. We have earthquakes, so we're mostly pretty suspicious of tall buildings.

Yeah baby pigeon... but if you can't get access to a big one... where do you find the babies? Are all of yours naked necks? Do you race/show/other pigeony things with them? They are fascinating
