We found them hunting the quail I kept in my garden for a while. They would usually come around at sunset or just after, or early morning at first light. Such beautiful creatures! Their poop is nasty! We’ve found some interesting things in our yard lol.I had an owl brood(?) a nest of owlings in a pine grove where I used to live. I would walk back there and check on their progress. Just amazing how silent they can fly and how well they maneuver through the thick pines considering how large the wing span was. It was a horned owl and the 3 little ones were sooo cuteblink, blink.
Their droppings are pretty nasty looking though. That's how I noticed them because I found the droppings.
