Thank you very much for the answers! - The bird is already pre-brined. Not sure if that is enough though…Brine that bird. I jerk mine but a good way to cook after brining is to spatchcock it. That way it cooks faster and stays moist.
You can't just say this and not show us pics.Ok, I admit I have problem. I just hatched 4 little ducklings. One grey bibbed, one mallard coloured, one brown ring neck and one white. These are 6 generation in my "breeding program" the white one is crested. How did that hapen.
