I've about had it with this job. >.< Taking abuse from customers is one thing, I can tell them to get out of the store, but from my co-worker? I've been nothing but respectful and polite, but she's been treating me like crap for the past several months. Management has been informed.
Good morning.
So angry to hear that from you two! Agree with @Canadian Wind, things like that must be reported up the HT management chain - if it is working as it should.Sorry to hear that. That exact thing is why me and coworker who was hired at the same time as me decided to quit as vet techs from the last practice I worked at - coworkers were horrible and treated us both terribly, so we left.
During my 24 year run with the same company i was forced to report three incidents upwards so far, a project manager forcing us to stay in a cheaper hotel in an area that was well known for being highly unsafe (think L.A. and gang-wars), a manager failing to appreciate and respect a female colleague and a customer making ambiguous remarks to a female colleague. Fortunately my employer takes this kind of things very seriously and acts swift.
