I don't know if they would or not but I just don't want to take any chances when I have them free ranging in my uncovered dog run where there are lots of bugs and grass for them.Why should they even think about flying away from a nice, safe home where there is always food and water available plus a humon servant serving yummy treats?![]()
But leaves the far too heavy to fly egg laying chickens for supper.Which (imho) should put the call-duck in an advantage, as it is able to fly away from a ground based predator. (?)
My neighbour is missing oneAs said, i am not aware of any neighbor keeping peafowl here. Its just chickens, ducks and bunnies.
