Frank I don't know if your TSC does this or not. I can go to Rural King or see an ad on my laptop for Laying Pellets for instance for $11.86 for a 50 pound bag. I take a picture of it on my phone and go to my local TSC and they will price match it with their brand which is a better brand. My ducks eat it and all do good. Same with the Scratch grains. TSC has much better ones than our Rural King does and they price match that. It saves me a lot of money. Not sure if all TSC will price match but ours is a Godsend as we just got a TSC in our town so it saves me money, gas and time in getting food for my 15 Ducks.
Thank you very much for that! - Both stores do the same here, [out]matching their "on-sales" prices and i take advantage of this when buying cat-food.
As for the pellets and the scratch grain, i have my trusted HillBilly feed-mill in Sissonville. Yes, further away and a tad more expensive, but the quality and, according to Blanca Duck, the taste is much better.
And i prefer supporting a local business over a chain-store all the time.

You are most welcome Frank. We have nothing local here to support so I am Blessed that we finally got a TSC and it is only about 5 miles from my house. Rural King is a couple of towns away and they always email me their ads so I can just take pictures of their sales and get my Duck food really reasonable. Mine eat well what I am giving them and staying healthy so I am totally Blessed. I am glad that yours like what you feed them too. I hope that Blanca Duck does well.

We are under 30 hours of rain .... Not super strong (let's say an inch and a half so far) but on a surface that's not drying out due to winter and has been soaked previously. The ducks run loudly straight from their house, past the totally ignored food, into the mini lake created by the rain. A good demonstration of the saying "nice weather for ducks".

I woke up to the propane having run out overnight. So the trailer was at 50f / 10c. Went out and switched tanks. So annoying.
My Son has propane and we had it years ago. He has a huge tank and they automatically fill it every so often to make sure it doesn't go out. I am sorry that your setup is this way. That would be annoying for sure.

Yeah, I have three 30 lb tanks, and two are attached to the furnace at a time. Unfortunately, I can't have both running together (or have automatic switch over), so I need to go out and manually do that. VERY annoying.
