Report them yes, but refund? - I have to prove that the seeds i will receive around March 21st are not yacon, which means planting them and wait for what emerges. By that time the seller will have closed shop and moved on under another name…
nah you'd be surprized amazon is really easy with refunds just chat with someone there

So that's where you have been! - You were driving all the way to the other end of the world to rescue some ducks... 😜
Yes I had to navigate the flat lands, hike through the hills and scour the mountains to find them. Muscovies in the thousands out there but everything else is slim pickings

I got back my Saxony drake after 3 years. The gander hates him and is going to kill him. So I need to send him back or find him a new home. He's a big pretty boy but not big enough to deal with the gander.
Can you keep them separated until you can rehome ?

She's actually about the same size as my Magpie and a bit bigger than another of the females. She's not overly loud, either. Her 'Swedish' companion is more so! She seems to have a very shy personality so far. That may change once she gets used to everything. ;)
As a young duck, Violeta and her sister Olivia were quiet, shy ducks. That changed after they went broody for the first time. This is Olivia Duck in April 2020, just a year and three months old then:
Matcha Duck does not look like a Swedish Duck. She similar in size as Mochi Duck. Ralphie Drake and Fried Duck here are significantly larger than Violeta, Boots and Sandals are almost Pekin size - but that might be a hybridization side effect. My guess is that Matcha is a Magpie. Does she have a large white bib on her chest?
Yes, their feathers are a mess. Even with cleaning and adding fresh material in their coop, they still manage to get poop and wetness everywhere, and are unable to properly bathe. Daytime temps are going to be above freezing all week and even overnight for the next few nights, so tomorrow I hope to be able to do a thorough clean up and give them a bit more water. Still means hauling it down by the bucketful though.
You need one of these collapsible hoses. - As do i, i am always too lazy to roll up the heavy-duty hoses after use and then they get punctured. 😣
Their plumage might not improve before their spring molt, but then they will shine.
Hoping all the fungus disappears soon! Even though that means mud for a while.
Be prepared! - My right boot became stuck today and i had to walk on my sock to the next shovel and back… 🤪

Not in this case. I need to prove that these seeds are not what they are described. As a matter of fact, the English Wikipedia states:
»...In general, seed production is rather low; some ecotypes do not produce any seeds at all, due to pollen sterility. Plants produced from seed take longer to mature than do those grown from the tubers or rhizomes.«
I guess i will have to sow whatever i receive and see what comes out. I have bought some licorice root seeds today - on ew-bay…

What if you keep them separated? Any chance that tensions cool down on both sides?
Did they grew up together?

Just curious, but why would you want them? They aren't hardy in your zone, from what I read.
