Okay now I can't text but I can finally get here for how long no telling lol it's so strange that for a while I can text then I can't then I can get online then I can't My dh can't do a thing with his phone.
No power and no telling when we'll get that back but we have a generator but getting close to not having gas for it. maybe one more day. My dh and son are trying to get the road where we can at least get our 4-wheeler out some of the road caved in so I don't think we'll be able to get a vehicle out. My son and I walked out yesterday and it doesn't even look like where we live roads gone. So many bridges gone and people still looking for family and friends. We haven't seen any National Guard yet but we're okay plenty of food and we have a spring so plenty of water.
I hope you all are okay and flocks doing good. My animals give me so much hope they always bring a blessing.
Have a great rest of the day, I'll try and check on again today just don't know when I lose internet again.

How is everybody? I'm seeing videos of huge flooding in Helene's path

No complaints from West Virginia. I have not heart about any flooding.
It looks different with our neighbor states though...

Bless you for caring I am able to text now first time all day probably won’t last long. Still no power but we got a hot meal from where our son works which was nice.

Hi everyone just thankful I can get on here for a few minutes. Yesterday not at all. Hope you all are doing well. My birds have no idea anything happened other than they can’t go to their upper property since the fence is no longer there. Other than that they are happy.

Yes it is a blessing my dh fixed it when we moved here so it comes down the mountain in PVC pipe to 2 faucets, has been awesome to have with my flock.Good tasting too just have to be careful in springtime we get baby salamanders in the water.
