Okay I grew Bock Choy first time this year feeding it to the chickens.
New shoots do like spinach or cabbage.
Won't waste the space next year.

Baked a few loaves of homemade bread last Sunday, this mornin I made some toast with local Mennonite sweet butter, cheddar cheese, a crossbred tomato I developed years ago and some of my fried quail eggs.. man it was good !!!

I put 3 cloves of just dug garlic and a large onion in tonight's dinner. It was meatballs with tomato sauce made in the Instant Pot.

DH and I both agreed that I need to make home made meatballs for this, and make them spicier.
