It's just a bread batter that uses the beef drippings for the fat instead of butter. I think that recipe is Martha Stewart.

We cook it in a baking pan and it ends up as a 1" thick bread we cut into roughly 3" squares and serve instead of bread rolls. No butter needed.

I put on the Classical Christmas music channel on our DirecTV. I like the music on it.
