Its a little small, but for bantams you dont need to much space it just always nice incase of chicken math taking over. For never using tools you did a great job.

I like the size, but I agree more ventalation would definitely be a to do. I wish I could see the inside and more of the run too.

Great idea with the fans, will have to hunt for some of them. We could really use them here in Florida.
