I like the sliding panels that control the air flow. Nice sized coop too! Have any updates been made since this was first posted?
Additional details on the step-by-step necessary to build the coop would be appreciated. It turned out very nicely.

I like the sliders you built to open & close the vents. Using a stair riser for the roosts is a good idea too. Overall, good job!
