    Lethargic 6 wk button

So today, one of my lightbulbs went out on the heat lamp for my button hen. She got cold and lethargic, but I warned her up with her brother and a heat lamp that I had an addition. I gave her more food and water, a new heatlamp, and had to go to work. Now it is 11:02 PM, and she is still...

What temperature do button quails (king quail) need at least?

I just got them, they are in the house right now, but I want to move them to my aviary which is in a side building. Right now I am keeping about 8°C for my parrots. Is this enough for them?

    This isn’t viable, is it?

Only day seven on a button quail egg! The rest have a nice healthy shadow and veining, but this one... hmm... not sure what I’m looking at, but it doesn’t look as great. They did come over a slightly chillier few days (50s), one came cracked, and I’ve already decided 7/13 are viable for sure...

BUTTONS- Almost 4 weeks old. 9 in total

I‘m not real original with naming individuals. Seems I like naming them by their colors: THIS IS CINNAMON MALE- LOOKS PRETTY OBVIOUS. Not named yet. Thinking if enough feathers come in reddish, might name him Rusty. Wild Mutation? Male Not named yet. Silver Pied? Gender?
