I have two Rhode Island Reds and two Leghorns, they are all 62 days old now (9 weeks old tomorrow) I’m hoping all are pullets. The two Rhode Island Reds don’t have as broad of a tail as the Leghorns. But, the Leghorns have larger combs. The Leghorns have broad, well-rounded tails, yellow combs and wattles, and very little wattle growth. The Rhode Island Reds have slightly more wattle growth, very light pink wattles, small yellow combs, and small, shorter tails than the Leghorns. Are they all pullets?

If you need anymore pictures of their face, body, tail, etc. I’d be happy to take some more and send them! Just say so. Tell me which chick (#1, #2, #3, or #4) and what picture you need (side profile, face, tail, etc.)

So glad to hear they’re all hens. Roosters aren’t allowed where I live. I’m happy I won’t have to get rid of any of my babies. I love my babies dearly! Thank you for the suggestions!! I really like the names and may use them. I’ll give some updates on the chickens in the future either on this thread or on a new thread I make and their names!

So we used one of your name suggestions! We decided to name one of the leghorns Vanilla, so thank you for the suggestions! They are all now 11 weeks old. Cinnamon is no doubt the fattest of the flock and I’m thinking she’ll be the first to lay eggs. Stella is the most timid one out of the chickens, and Clementine is probably the most calm chicken. They sure have quite the personalities.

Here’s some more pics!

Here’s a couple bonus pictures of our two goslings as well:

Thought I would show a few pictures of how they are all doing. The chickens are starting to get more red in their faces, especially Stella. They’re starting to also get their little wattles in as well!

Hope everyone has a good day! :)
