If I can get my square mastered, I would like to try to crochet a premie blanket or hat. Did anyone post any patterns yet? I know it has to be a no hole pattern. The only afghan pattern I know has holes in it.

Darlene - If you go on the Project Linus website you can look up who to contact in your area. That person will tell you where to drop off or mail your blankets. All of our blankets around here in Central California go to Valley Children's Hospital. They are given to babies and children with physical and/or emotional trauma of some kind.

I shipped it today so hopefully she'll put up pics soon. I found an unusedhat that would make a great chemo cap and Memphis said he'd donate some of his blankies that we made him to needy kids. He's such a sweetie. I am gonna do some with long fake hair looking braids hanging out of them. I will have too make one for myself like that too.

Does anyone have a simple crocheting pattern or link to make these items?

As soon as I can learn a new pattern for the fall swap then I will attempt one of these items.
