Not for this. It’ll get an infection and die that way. Best to put it down before it suffers any.

Yes the abdomen looks like it is open and it’s getting pushed out more the more he struggles and moves around is there anything I can do to help him

I have not had a chick survive something like this. I would worry about infection even if you were able to push it back in. If she were mine, I would put her down.
