Hydrogen peroxide? That usually kills off healthy tissue, it's not at all good for repeated treatments.
How does the belly look now?
Is it eating and pooping normally?

Thanks for letting me know it kills of healthy tissue I didn’t know that I just knew it to kill bacteria and dry the area out he can poop and is eating good
