He diagnosed the cat by phone,hes been busy with cattle and pigs. I did mention it and he said try calling the next town over. They want 120 bucks just to come out, not including tests. That's why I'm asking here first. I already got taken to the cleaners for an emergency bill on that kitten. I'd rather avoid calling again so soon if I can :S
