Can I let them sit in a little towel in my lap? I have them in a make shift Home with the heat lamp, bedding food and water (when my boyfriend gets home he’ll finish up cleaning their more permenent tub) they wanna sit with me so bad!
 
I have one more egg that I thought was a goner halfway zipped out now! He’s taking awhile to do the zipping but I’m thinking I shouldn’t try to help right? I hear him peeping and there’s a nice big halfway zip. I see some of the membrane (the thin whiteish film) on him I just wanna be sure it’s not giving him a hard time!
 
Of course love on them now so they get to know you as mama:) but we have to have pics lol
Here are some cute ones! My super mutt duckies, dad was the sweetest Pekin and mama was the best Black with white speckles in her chest, I think cayuga? They’re a perfect combination of both of them

SOS another duckling hatched but it looks like his butt is stuck in the bottom half of his shell though??? His head and legs and everything are out but he’s still stuck to his shell and peeping a lot
