I wanted to come back to this with some personal experience a well. I think this may help.

I have 3 pullets right now. None of them are laying. I know this very well as I dose their water with B2. My 3 pullets don't even drink 1 qt of water in 2 days even with the help of evaporation.

1qt = 946 ml. ÷ 2 = 473 ml per day for 3 pullets

473 ml ÷ 3 = ~158 ml each per day on the high side as they don't actually drink a quart.

500 ml / day is ridiculous for a non-laying pullet. Whatever you are currently giving her is clearly more than enough that she is not dehydrated. If she is eating corn if she was dehydrated, she would drink. I would not worry about this particular thing.
