Having horses yourself, you know what some of the problems might be. I’m ready for good news, but I’m also prepared for the bad.

As long as you catch this early - I have dealt with many colics and only one who passed away. So many different types of colic.

Update, just now 10:40 pm from my veterinarian: she did an ultrasound and other procedures on Chaco, there’s a blockage in her intestine and needs to have a scope inserted in her belly. Also the test found sand in her abdomen (I never heard of such a thing)

She's Gone

Gucci passed away this afternoon. We have been fighting to keep her going since the 19th. Today she decided she did not want to fight anymore.

I will bring everyone up to speed on everything that went on later. For now, there are 7 hens in residence at Fluffy Butt Acres.

Mrs BY Bob did not get to say goodbye. She is visiting Eve this weekend.
