Yesterday was a milestone in the chicks lives. They got introduced to pasta noodles for the first time. They were a huge hit. Lots of chasing and killing the noodle before they ate them. Here are a few photos.

Raven's little troublemaker is the only blue chick I have left. I'm still 100% confident that it is a girl as there is still no comb.

Pasta night is always so much fun. Even better when they are chicks.

Any sign of the snake?

There has been dense fog all day so not the best for sharp photos, but I love Diana’s posture here. She is just about to leap up to a perch and is sizing it up while getting ready to give a mighty push with her legs. She is all concentration.

I love watching them like that! You can almost SEE the calculations going on in their head! ❤️ :lau❤️

Chicks and pasta.
That first video was too funny! Little one running off with a long piece and the others chasing the end! :lau :lau

She is a good mom! I love watching moms 'break up' foods so it is in little bits for the babies.

Thanks you for these videos, I loved them!! Brought a much needed smile to my face!

Pasta week

Mom gave my gang Kraft Dinner (or yellow death as I call it). It was a great hit esp with the silkies 😁

I told my mum they think its yellow slugs (my mum just glared at me ha!)

No signs of a snake or turtle. Golf balls are still in place so I do not know what to do except be outside as much as I can. There were no losses yesterday so that is a good thing.
They sure are cute 😊 but I have been warn by mum to not get any ideas hahaha!

Good thing winter is coming on and I have no more broodies!
