I would suggest some scrambled egg, canned fish (salmon, herring, then tuna seem to be my girls preference) and soaked feed. I can almost always get some appetite from my special girls with that. I will keep her in my prayers. Any thoughts on what might be ailing her?

No idea at this point!

Can you syringe-feed her some baby bird food, just to get some nutrients into her?

I am doing that, I would rather starve myself,than see FB sick!

@LozzyR She's better, she just ate a 1/4 can of Albacore tuna. and canned corn. she's a precious part of my flock, and I love her dearly! If only you could see her eyes looking at me, then you would totally understand!

I understand completely, and I think everyone here does too. I find the stinkier the fish the better you might want to find something a little more “flavorful” (sardines are nice too!) the oilier the better! Hoppy will be inside the big coop with me one full week tomorrow. They are so special.

That’s so good to hear! I fed Charlie some Greek yoghurt with baby bird food mixed through it and she wolfed it down. Of course Lucy wolfed it down too.
