I went to grab a cup of coffee and saw that my visitor was out back again this morning. All my bird experts on here, does anyone know what type of crane he actually is?

Thats what I was gonna say.Great Blue Heron!
Thank you. I wonder how long these guys live for. We have a nesting pair of them. If it has been the same pair all these years they have been visiting my backyard going on 14 years now. Twice in all that time they had a single young adult with them.Great Blue Heron!
We had a very sweet conversation about it this morning. While she chowed down on her corn reward.I hope you told Glynda that you're very proud she's a frost legbar.

So something is eating their eggs or young tooThank you. I wonder how long these guys live for. We have a nesting pair of them. If it has been the same pair all these years they have been visiting my backyard going on 14 years now. Twice in all that time they had a single young adult with them.
I'm sorry you feel so poorly.I have to make a complaint. Mom is over in the swamp deer hunting and I'm stuck here at the house. I tried to go the other day and I physically could not handle the cold. Bundled up in many layers and within 30 minutes I was almost doubled over from the cramping. I am counting down the days until surgery, I want my life back.
Complaint tax
I have no clue but it is a big possibility. I've never really thought much about them other then they were pretty when they visit. If something is getting their young it has to be when they leave the nest. If they go in the swamp they are very much likely to run into bobcats and coyotes. So something is eating their eggs or young too
