Also, I see people put in photos of certain things but how do you do that legally without permission? And can you do it for Google or somewhere else because they say it's not legal to use photos from Google.

Good morning. I actually have not been asleep at all tonight. Me and mom spent the night cleaning. There was some things she was wanting to do before Christmas that I would not be able to help her with after tomorrow. Now I just have to babysit the phone waiting on the hospital to call so I can pre-register and find out my surgery time in the morning. And then later today do another coop clean out.

Thats what I do when I cant sleep I clean and play video games. I bet you cant wait and are both nervous and excited to finally be getting the surgery done. Best wishes and prayers for you!

Agree. I will not willingly go in one unless it's a life-or-death medivac situation. Too many things go wrong too often. Quite unpleasant for everyone on the ground besides. They are impressive though.

I had to be rescued and hoisted on an helicopter from a rock climbing site in my early thirties. It was my worse nightmare come true..but then the whole day was such a succession of nightmarish events my mind went blank and I didn't feel any fear. It all ended well. However, I lived in Nice for 15 years and none us can forget local Olympic swimmer Camille Muffat who died in a chopper accident aged 25.

I love that song!


I want a calendar so bad, but need to win one instead of buy it. And I have horrible luck in most of these contests.

Last couple of days temps have been ABOVE FREEZING. Chickens came out for quite a while yesterday. I have new mugs! (And others). Most of the Adults stayed in, finishing growing in feathers.

Blanche has some new splash marks, especially around her neck.

Cheetah is supervising from above...has a bit of "bed head" going with the new feathers too. Still has a bit to go to be fully covered, but he's looking good. (He's also now noticeably the tiniest rooster as Horus as filled out more).

Primula has been STUFFING herself. I think she's going to give Cuckoo a run on largest crop at bedtime.

Mera is yelling at me....("make the ground warm" or "the boys a trying to pester me" or "where's the mealyworms?!"

Curious Nox is also yelling. Her preferred nest box was occupied by her sister.

I have been trying to keep it quite that I'm having the surgery. My grandmother has made sure everyone and their cousin knows I have to have it. The downside to this is all my aunts have had it done and they have called. To ask why it needed done so young. Then I get their recounts of theirs. All but 2 horror stories. Yup, that is just what I needed thank you. I also got what to do and what not to do before and after surgery. I really hate to hear the phone ring right now.

I'm very furious that it isn't snowing. They clearly said that on Sunday it was going to snow. Nope! Just some icy rain, followed by a cloudy sky and I like a cloudy sky. When I looked out the window, what I thought was a chunk of snow was just a large stone. I really need it to snow so I can upload a photo to the Winter on the Farm contest.
