Can you get one pen of insulin from the doctor to use temporarily? I had injections in my knee and blood sugar went sky high. Second time, used something different that was supposed to be for diabetics...went sky high for longer. While it wasn't the sole cause, it was a significant part of me going blind in one eye and needing to replace my lens in that eye...as I had reasonable vision in that eye prior to all this. The other eye isn't so good, but wasn't 'bad enough' for insurance to cover the surgery. High blood sugars are nothing to mess with - for so many reasons!

Ol Blue is back to normal, but I went and forgot my jump drive with all my music on it and had to listen to Radio Canada (which was pretty interesting documentary), but then I lost the signal and the ONLY channel I could get was an AM station from Edmonton which played all Bollywood music

So there I was belly dancing along to Bollywood tunes going down the Chinchaga trying not get runnoff the road by logging and dump trucks !

Oh my God stop reacting to my posts! Although I like the notification sound, I get bombarded with likes.

You can actually turn that off. I was getting all these notifications and it was mostly people reacting to my posts . In your settings you can turn off notifications to email, as well as the notification menu up the top.

I got up at 3 am I think I hear the baby chooks. I checked and am at 214 now. Im gonna walk around and move a bit then take more metformin. Ill check again at 5 am. Oh maybe thats the coffee maker making that noise lol.
