No driving for me, wrong side of the rode. I take taxis back n forth to the rig. Expensive but safer for all, lol.
Between you and RC and Bob - we seem to be racking up some serious work related travel!

Bet this time last year you never thought you would be in Japan 😊

Poor Mr P sleeping like that cannot be comfortable!

I am walking around the house at regular intervals. Rosie walked with me for 1 lap outside around the house today. I am not used to being this inactive. I am sore from just not moving and that is more aggravating then the hurt from the surgery. I'm walking a fine line of not overdoing it and going crazy from just sitting or laying down. I would love to be let loose in one of the stalls right now to do a deep clean. That is not allowed to happen for at least 3 more weeks.
Don’t even think about it!

Today's blood sugar levels have been much more manageable. Staying in the 200 to 240 range. That is still high, but is about normal for me when I am sick. I also do not panic and worry constantly over those numbers either.
This is good. It means your body is slowly getting to a better place, surgery wise.:celebrate

When I had my knee replaced, my sugar was very high - and unstable - for about a week...and then started to get much better:thumbsup:thumbsup So , I think you are on the right/good side of this now :)

P.S. You might find that post surgery, your blood sugars are much more stable, since a lot of the pain is gone. My HBA1c, initially, at just 7weeks post surgery, was 6.8 (unheard of for me!!!)

Unfortunately, then I went back to work with stress/meannie boss, etc...and not that good ever since :( Stress and pain just makes my blood glucose crazy. Hopefully for you, this surgery will help keep it in a much better place, long term!!!:fl:hugs:fl:barnie
