They are sooooo cute! They fly worth crap - crash land much better! So have some lower roosts - mine like to roost in the nest boxes and I am good with that. It took mine forever to learn to hop/flap up onto things - they need to have their head/face feathers trimmed so they can see haha
They don't handle the cold very well - I have a couple radiant heaters for them to warm up (a cozy coop panel and I bought a Sweeter Heater at Christmas).
They can be bossy, and they are extremely broody! If you can buy a hen you can get her to raise the chicks if you set her with eggs
Oh - and you can't tell if they are hens or roos until they crow or lay an egg hahaha!
