Snack Time

Oooo - pretty! I was trying to get Legbars but very hard to get them here.

Monday's are Mugs Monday's - I try to save my Mug Shots for Mondays (but that doesn't aways work )
Tuesdays are Two for Tuesdays,
Wednesday - 'coffee' cup Wednesday (pics of chickies and coffee cups)
Thursday - Thirsty Thursday
Friday - Fluffy Butt Friday - EVERYONE's Favourite day!
Saturday - Caturday (a day we took from another person on this site @Ribh (Hi Ribh!)
Sunday is Pony Sunday - photos of ponies, cows, goats, emu, camels, bison, moose....

Today I am trying to get photos of them drinking - but they are just not cooperating!

We need more moose.

Yes - I thought that was what they were - I looked at the bag and it's soldier fly larva, not sure if that is the same thing - yummy hahaha

The Environmental Inspector saw 4 bull moose on the Chinchaga on Christmas Eve when he was heading out from camp

They aren’t the same thing and I read somewhere that the soldier fly larvae are better - I think less fat - but I haven’t really looked into it.
Definitely yummy!

soldier fly larvae is what I give my chooks. Its healthier and has more calcium.

I keep checking them like thats going to make them hatch faster. Im getting really excited. I actually feel good today but my bloodwork is way abnormal and my dr will call me tomorrow when she is in. She doesnt work thursdays.
