I spent time with my chooks they make me feel good and I am so sick today. Hubby is getting tummy meds after work and some soft food for my stomach. Chooks got their treats and hades and zeus crowed at the same time to call their girls. Hades went back in the coop to get isis to come get treats. I got a few photos. Such good boys!

How about Demeter and Hera for the girls, and Poseidon for the boy? They are siblings to Hades in Greek Mythology.

I think I'm lacking the good bacteria after taking antibiotics that was very much needed. So it's yogurt and banana for supper and I've taken enzymes today

Don’t forget lots of good old fashioned water.
