Wow what a beauty ! Black with all that ‘chrome’ (white legs and face are chrome). Very unusual and pretty.

Well you know me - I love black cats and chickens so naturally I was drawn to a black horse. Chrome? Fancy!

Pony Sunday

Took a walk in the paddock to see how the weed were growing - seems really well! I will put my sprayer together this week and next weekend I will spray for the butttercups coming got up. The girls were all nibbling at whatever grass there is between the weeds!

Curly update

Yesterday morning she came out to eat poop drink and pick a fight… after 15 min she went back to her nest.

Last night I picked her off the nest and brought her outside to see what she would do, she picked around a bit got into another tussle with Dorothy and then ran back to her nest. Fluffy once again nested with her all nigjt.

This morning she didn’t get off the nest at all. I am going to give her Penelope’s babies when they hatch on the 27th….
