The Fluffy Butt challenge.
Tassels was unhappy with my assertion that none of my Princesses (apart from Babs) have fluffy butts.
She insisted I take this picture even though there is as much poop as chicken in the shot and Tassels seems to have got Piglet’s head.
She has a point though, there is some serious fluff emerging there!
She won’t let me take a real picture right now because she is resting in the depths of the butterfly bush.

maybe Tassels would like to date one of these guys - she would feel right at home! :D

Though, these guys might not know what to make of her gorgeous tasseled legs. :idunno

In CA they would turn the power off on purpose during the hot summer. It was terrible.
yes, rolling blackouts. It was done because there were either power shortages (not enough total electricity for demand - but it was planned, so you could arrange power usage around that. OR, in some places, it was because the infrastructure/grid was not able to handle/keep up with demand - needed new and more power lines and heavier power lines and substations - they hadn't kept up with the growth in demand on the delivery side)

Much to my distress I noticed today that Sylvie’s face is getting a bit pink.
I don’t want my babies to grow up so fast. They are having fun being children. It is too soon!!!
Okay, mom. It really is alright to let them go to college - keeping them home won't delay maturity, only prolong the teenage angst parents and teen feel!:hugs:hugs:hugs

Lack of Infrastructure is caused by bad leadership!
Mr governor… :tongue

No. Not to my knowledge. Josey's feeling were hurt when I told her she couldn't go in the run because she'd get squashed. She said she is a Empress and that no way could she turn into a squash. She was sour the rest of the day.
Hmmm, me thinks you weren't a very devoted servant boy!😞 Didn't you know it is the subject's and royal staff's responsibility to make every declaration by the Empress come true/be fulfilled? Good thing she is an Empress, not the Queen of hearts - else she might have said "Off with his head!"😳

Just so everyone who might be following along on Beakbook is absolutely clear, I am not, repeat not, paying for college for any of the Princesses.
Bernie already asked during the more than 11 months it took her to lay an egg on the grounds that she was a career chicken.
No can do.

No can do.
There are affordable government programs that can help pay for college tuition

The babies seem to think I make a nice comfy chesterfield to sleep on 😊 and Sophia seems glad to leave the babysitting to me
Those sharp little claws when they fly up here are not pleasant!

Well sorry kiddos I need to mow the grass so you need to sleep elsewhere!
Well, if you were wearing appropriate chicken attire....:lau

My husband teaches forestry and landscaping in a vocational h.s. (think: adolescent teenage boys who want to play with new toys - and think they are invincible - learning to use chainsaws, backhoes, loaders, skid-steers, etc.) He is ADAMANT about appropriate protective gear......just saying!😉
