Feather duster! my chooks do that all the time, but I've never seen anything like that since my second flock!

My second flock consisted of turkeys, runner ducks and Light Sussex chickens, plus my RIR roo that had to get put in the soup pot...

Hard decisions to make. What do I feed these birds today? Dakota is asking for something. Sir Jaffar is chowing down on some all-flock and safflower seeds.
15 more minutes until I let the others out of the coop to play in the yard. ( who’s gonna make my breakfast?)

Poor Red Hen isn't doing well, she needs her abdomen drained, and her comb is quite cyanotic. I have given her some aspirin to help with any discomfort until I can get some needles and syringe from my horse vet.

I put the sweeter heater up for her but she would rather hang out here in the office, I don't want to put the heat on in here yet, and my Cozy Panel doesn't work, i need to get my uncle to look at the switch on it.

I had a lovely tabbidy barred rock zebra kitty like your lovely lady - her name was TC (Top Cat)

That is pretty much me at the moment.
I had to relocate into the guest bedroom as I have done something to my back and the mattress in the guest room is better.
The guest room is the domain of this lady. She has strong views about the location of pillows and blankets. So making up the bed for me to sleep in was pretty much like this.
She may only be one cat but she is very muscular and hard to ignore.
