Don’t know Miller either are they local to you?

I was quite surprised Peavey brought them up from Hoover, if they don’t offer any Appenzellers I’ll get a couple of beliefelders.

Of course I want to order when I have broodies to care for them, I was happy with the job Sophia did last year with her 4 Hoover chicks I bought at Peavey. So I won’t get anything until summer likely. And I only want 2 of each (4 total).
Miller is also located in Westlock.Apparently Miller sells blue andalusian and other breeds. Rochester sells bielefelders (spelling!!) and Speckled sussex, and also white silkie. I'm looking at some of those. The Peavey Marts in Ontario seem to be provided by a different hatchery, maybe from the US or local. Maybe the hatcheries in Ontario are bigger?

Oh no! I hope you never need a boat! (it's funny... California has been getting a lot of drought in the past few years, and now it's getting hammered with tons of rain... hmmm...)
Are your chickens going to be fine?
They are all doing well, except no eggs. They love all the water puddles, but don’t like the rain. Sadly the water all drains out into lowest areas, flooding entire towns. They didn’t build the water shed correctly for torrential downpour we have recently. But still no boat needed yet. (Las Vegas has the same problem but they built proper drainage)in a few areas.)

😊 I haven’t seen that in a while - 2IC; I wonder if Ruth is making a run at being the 2IC here - she beat the snot out of her sister Sue tonight!
Then strutted over to Raven who likes to think she is queen bee, I think that Penelope is still that, but she is getting old and to the point that she lets others do the dirty work of being enforcer. She never was one for enforcing - she would just give them ‘the look’.
Penelope “makes them an offer that they can’t refuse!” (Godfather)

Get well soon my friend.

Vitamin C, hot lemon ginger and honey helps.

I'm so pleased to see you were here yesterday now seeking out if you're here today. :hugs
I’m not sick. Sir Jaffar has a sniffle 🤧 and he snored for a while last night, but he’s like me, loved the sound of raindrops.
