I think if you look in account there is an account upgrades section. Think it may be in there.

On my phone, portrait oriented, I can find my account page. Nothing says upgrade anywhere. I might have to actually play with this on computer....but Sherlock needs a walk and chickens are asking for help running off neighbor's cat who is hunting mice. Going to have to wait.
