Yep every minute you’re older time is like that 😊
Only if you think time in the linear sense. I think more eternally than that. What is time, but a limitation of life. But if you can think in eternal terms, life is only a matter of seconds in a vast universe of possibilities.

Here’s Dakota pondering how time actually works:
She asks “does daylight savings time actually shorten my life an hour 🤔?” IMG_4602.jpeg

Wow! That is something I've never seen. Most unusual?
No eyebrows? That’s not a problem. My Coco has no feathers on her head. Happens every year at this time. And every year I ask Santa 🎅 for only one thing. Feathers for Coco. (She won’t wear a knitted little cap) 😢

Your loyalty and service to your chocks is unquestionable. I’m commiserating in your quest for perfection….No chickens were harmed, so your misery is unfounded….I have a streak of dark humor, sorry ❤️ I’m going to laugh again, in fact!
Stop using those big college words like “commiserating” . You realize that I attended college in California and they teach nothing!

Today Empress Josephine displayed another sign of being intelligent. Usually, when I let those things out of their coop, I grab her and stick her on the scale. She was overweight for a while. Well, with this molt she has lost a good amount of that fat.

Today she did not want to be weighed.

I bent down to pick that thing up.

I see wings go over me.

I feel feet on my back for a second.

I feel them leave, and I hear that bird land.

I could hear the silent snark coming from her.

I got played by a chicken.

But that's not all. When I was putting them away, I managed to catch her. She was mad. She stared me in the eye. I managed to weigh her. Four pounds. Much better. If only I had a pound for every time I weighed her.

Empress Josephine went into the coop, and promised she'd outsmart me yet again.
