It definitely was standing up yesterday.
It does look like wry tail. Either genetic or vitamin deficiency. The vitamin deficiency can be corrected.He often keeps his tail down, I wonder if it's too heavy to hold perked up?

They took off he bounced around a bit then started down...then paused and looked at me (the other pic). I laughed at him and walked back to the house. He was trying to trip me up before I got the the stone steps.
