My big worry was something contagious. Tis the season for all sorts of illnesses. I am nothing if not a worry wart.
I never considered you as a wart!
Congratulations!
I really wanted to congratulate Greg and Lety on their children and grandchildren’s wedding, but I can’t.
Divorce hurts too much, so why celebrate a wedding with no promises of staying together forever?
Been there done that.
I think there should be a two year university, that teaches everything about marriage, raising children, buying real estate, all the stress that a remodeling job can cause, how to deal with interloping family members. The list goes on before they have a marriage license and eternal relationship.

And if I offended anyone with my comment, I am sorry, but I stand by my convictions!

I have my hen Coco, and she has lost all her feathers on her head.
She’s bald now but I don’t see anything wrong with her. She’s still the sweetest most loving and affectionate “ Rockette” I have.:loveView attachment 3992807
If she’s like mine, she’s moulting, poor Sophia is getting her head feathers in finally.

I am so sad you have had such a terrible time of it. How sad 😞

But I am super glad you have your chooks to relax and enjoy now. Sometimes having our pets is the simplest of pleasures.

My daughter at 30 has experienced all that. Witnessed her parents divorce at a young age, worked her way through college, acquired a number of scholarships, has already paid her student loans, bought and paid for a newer car, bought an older house and remodeled it herself, she has helped her older sister raise my granddaughter, works a full time and part time job for 2 big radiology departments in Austin. I think she's ready. She was raised to be independent and strong and she is both. She has dated Vince for a number of years and I honestly was getting impatient for him to pop the question. When he asked for my blessing I proudly gave it. Vince is a dr at the VA clinic in Austin and a dang nice guy. I have liked him from the get go.

I B believe that she just might fulfill her dream of marriage. Asking dad for permission to marry, is an honorable request. Seldomly use these days.
