YAY! I got new shoes today! Finally! It's been 2 years. But I have to wait to actually get them until the 25th.

They're House of the Dragon (Game of Thrones) shoes. I don't watch either of those shows. I haven't read the books (well, I watched the first few seasons of GoT about a decade ago). But I saw these shoes and I thought, holy crap, those are cool!

And since my grandma used to work for Wolverine, she gets a discount when she buys shoes from there. She got herself, my dad and I each a pair of shoes and got a 65% discount! So what would have been a few hundred bucks was just under $150! What a great gift

I had my horse Vet give me some of the Sulpha-trim antibiotics and he sent me a 1L bottle of it which is fine as I do use it on the horses when they have infections etc. but at 0.1ml for a chook that will last a verrrry long time haha!

Do you refrigerate your meds? My vet said it was a good practice. Your climate is always so cool you probably don't need to do that?

I’m off early today. I’m heading to the airport for coffee and a flight ready check for Marie. I’m going to flagstaff AZ. To gift a friend for Christmas. He’s a retired US Marshal too. His wife of 38 years had recently passed away. Nobody told me anything about it, until I received a phone call.
Prayers for us today please .
I really don’t like flying over the hill (Rocky Mountains) but I have braved it so many times.

Wave a Marie wing to our old chicken neighbors who moved to 2.5 acres in Flagstaff at the 3300 ft level! They are enjoying raising chickens, ducks, geese, quail, rabbits, & goats now! They're living their dream.

Oh she doesn’t like me these days, I keep booting her out of the Summer House. This morning twice she pushes the door open and came on inside while I was doing feed and water in there. I finally had to put something by the door to stop her from pushing it open! And still she tried pushing it open.
